Equipment Support
Many of i3’s hardware support options can help to prevent unexpected malfunctions and will help you budget for expenses. Additionally, customers participating in our support programs also receive reduced labor and/or parts rates for unplanned corrective maintenance calls and repairs.
Remote Support
With an i3 software support agreement, our knowledge technical support personnel are available to assist you with identifying and troubleshooting issues that may occur with your medical imaging applications. This type of support can often be provided remotely; however, if onsite support is required, a technician can be dispatched to your offices to remediate the problem.
Site Planning
Whether it’s a room move or new construction, equipment installs require detailed planning to avoid costly delays. The professionals and i3 have the skills and experience in CAD drawing specifically for the medical imaging industry.
Equipment Moves
Our service engineers are experienced in providing excellent care for your assets. Equipment moves are scheduled around your plans to maximize your profitability.
