Needs Analysis
Needs Analysis
Understanding your specific needs is the crucial first step. During the Needs Analysis phase, your i3 sales consultant will take the time to meet with you, discuss your goals and expectations, understand the procedures you will be performing, and gather information about the desired workflow as well as areas you would like to improve upon or become more efficient in.
Solution
Solution
After gathering the requirements during the Needs Analysis phase, your i3 sales consultant will identify the best solution to fit your needs as well as any additional technology necessary to integrate the solution into your current environment. By working with all of the major manufacturers, i3 will deliver the best solutions - specific to your needs - with the lowest overall cost of ownership.
Demo
Demo
Seeing is believing. Before you purchase, i3 gives you the opportunity to see the solution we are recommending at a clinical show site, a road show demonstration, or in some cases at your facility. We will provide you with recommendations from other customers that are working with the same solution and give you the chance to speak with them about their experience with the imaging solution and i3.
Installation
Installation
Purchasing new technology for your practice is a big decision. Once you have selected your system and are ready to realize the benefits, i3's team of professional will support you during the installation to help make the transition to your new system as smooth as possible.
Planning - i3 will provide you with detailed site drawings and specifications for your new system, including a radiation shielding report, power requirements, network requirements, conduit runs and support bracing.
Collaboration - i3 will work directly with your architect and contractors to ensure any room modification are done to code and meet the manufacturer's requirements.
Site Inspection - The lead i3 engineer on your project will make several site visits throughout the construction to make sure everything is going as planned and to monitor the installation time line.
Installation - Once your site is ready and has passed inspection, i3's factory-trained service engineers will deliver and install your system.
Training - To help you get the most out of your new system, i3 will orient your staff with the new system and provide application training.
Follow-up - There is a learning curve associated with any new system and we don't want you or your staff to feel overwhelmed or abandoned. After you've started using your new system, your i3 sales consultant will follow-up with you to make sure everything is working well, answer any questions or provide additional training, if necessary.
